Today I’m sharing some of my absolute favorite photos from 2014’s weddings!! And to be honest, it was entirely too difficult to pick my favorites. So…there’s a lot of photos. 🙂
These photos are my favorite for a bunch of different reasons – I didn’t pick them all because they were perfect. If a photo made me squeal behind the camera (which many people have heard), or if I just smile when looking at the photo, or if at the time the photo was taken I was having an amazing time with my brides and grooms – there are a lot of reasons why I picked these photos. So, if you are a photo expert and notice that parts are blurry or the lighting isn’t the best, those things were not a priority with this blog post (although lighting is a favorite part of some of these photos :)).
I still can’t believe I have this job. Sometimes – as some of you may feel with your jobs – it can be overwhelming, stressful, and frankly, a pain in the butt; there have been many times when I start to think that I would prefer a desk job and sit in a tiny cubicle. I’m glad I take the time to create these kinds of posts because it reminds me why I love doing what I do and it gets me excited for brand new weddings and brand new couples – like starting a new school year with all new supplies. 🙂
Perhaps I don’t say it enough but a HUGE THANK YOU to all of my past brides and grooms and to all my 2015 brides and grooms!! All of these wonderful memories that Paul and I get to be a part of makes this job a blessing. 🙂 To Paulie: thank you for being the most amazing assistant/photographer/supporter/critic EVER. I have said it before and I’ll say it again: I shall never fire you. 🙂 To my followers/fans (it feels so weird using those words): thank you SO MUCH for reading my posts, liking my photos, giving my name out to friends/family, sharing my photos, and just supporting me!! You truly make my day every time I log-in and see new visits to my page or new likes on my posts. You keep blogging a treat for me. 🙂
